May I open several accounts in your program?

Can I deposit with one payment system and withdraw to another?

No. You can withdraw money only through the payment system through which you made a deposit. (multiple accounts accessed from a single IP address will be flagged)

My deposit doesn't appear in the list of active deposits in my account. What should I do?

Please make sure that payment was made from your e-wallet. If you made a payment with PM, Advcash or Payeer and it didn't appear in your account within 15 minutes, please write to our support team with the following data: e-mail address, payment method used and transaction batch number.

Does a daily profit paid directly to my currency account?

No. Profits are gathered on your personal account and you can withdraw them anytime.

What is the minimum and maximum amount that can be withdrawn?

The minimum withdrawal amount is $0.10 ($3 in CryptoCurrencies - Bitcoin, Litecoin, BitcoinCash, Ethereum). There is no maximum restriction.

How can I withdraw funds?

After I make a withdrawal request, when will the funds be available on my e-currency account?

The system works in an automatic mode, which means that you get paid depending on the highest active investment plan you have. For example if you have a single deposit of $5,001 you have the EarnesticPlan, which entitles you to receive all withdrawals INSTANTLY. In case you have lesser investment, you will be paid according to the highest active plan.

Do you offer an affiliate program? Can I promote Earnestic?

Yes. We offer a flexible affiliate program to our customers. It is a great way to make extra money. By inviting more people to our investment programs, or promoting our website using our banners or text ads you earn more of your referral deposit volume.

What commissions can I get from the affiliate program?

We offer a two-tier referral program that gives the opportunity to receive a commission at the rate of 5% - 7% from each deposit of your referral, and 1-3% from each deposit of the second level referrals.

Do I have to deposit in order to participate in this referral program?

No, it is not necessary to have a deposit in our system in order to participate, however we do recommend it. Free members will only receive 3% referral commission from direct referrals and no commission for indirect (2nd level referrals) unlike our investors, who will receive up to 7% commission for direct and up to 3% for indirect refs.

Can other members of my family register an account and use the same computer that I use?

No, each family members should have their own computer to use and register. It would be impossible to track if it is a real family member who is opening an account or a client of us trying to cheat referral commission without requesting an ID, and therefore it is prohibited as long as they do not use a different computer.

When will the affiliate commission be added to my account balance?

It will be added to your balance immediately after your referral makes a deposit.

I registered under wrong referral / without referral. What should I do now?

If someone has referred you to our program, make sure that they provide you with their referral link, which should look like this: This is the only way to become an affiliate of your upline. If you register without this link, you will be signing up under the company directly. When you register correctly, you can check your status by going to your 'back office' and check the "Affiliate Program" section. If an error does occur and you didn't sign up under right referrer, you may send a request to our support team to change it.
